Actually, Filmmakers Academy has been running for the past 10 days, but I never got around to blogging about it here.
For those of you who don’t know, I own Filmmakers Academy, a summer class that teaches Christian homeschoolers the fundamentals of filmmaking. For a more detailed explanation of FA visit our About page.
On Tuesday our students turned in their Week 1 assignments, namely 7 different short films depicting “Surprise”, “Watching”, and “Computer”.
This morning, we released the videos online so that friends and family can watch them and see the progress that the FA students make.
Embedded below are a couple of my favorites.
You can watch all of our Week 1 videos on our 2011 Gallery Page.
I’m looking forward to seeing how much our students improve over the summer. I think we’ll all be surprised by the quality improvement across the board.
Good stuff! I miss it already…
Yes, all the films are very creative!
Love to watch these still!
